  • Resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of creative work is prohibited without written permission.

Client‑Provided Content

If you provide content (photos, logos, text, branding, or other materials), you represent that you own or have permission to use those materials. You grant us permission to use such materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lauren Brissette from any claims arising from materials you provide.

Payments & Sales

Pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines will be communicated prior to project start.

  • All payments are due as stated on invoices.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

  • Digital products, creative services, and completed deliverables are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Project cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Deposits or payments for work already completed are non‑refundable.

  • Scheduled services (such as photoshoots) require reasonable notice for rescheduling.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed, Lauren Brissette reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, websites, social media, and promotional materials.

Third‑Party Services

The Site may integrate or link to third‑party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, payment processors, print vendors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third‑party services.

Disclaimer

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or error‑free operation.
